Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

The Parties:

"S4" or "S4Mining" brands Kemal Asik Cad. Kombos Business Center refers to Gtech Technology Ltd Company operating in Lefkosa KKTC. "Customer" means all the services on the S4 company, the services on the website and the persons or institutions benefiting from all transactions. The following requirements are the details of the relationship between S4 and Customer.

1. Services

S4 provides digital mining services;

1.1. Digital Mining Algorithm

Every digital mining service provided by S4 has an Algorithm. The computer systems that will work for the mining service operate in accordance with the algorithm and work for the mining output preferred by the customer. Example: Ethash

1.2. Mining Power

The miner determines the capacity of the computer service provided by the power S4. Capacity can be interpreted in terms of HASH or in terms of processing power according to the customer's preferred Mining type. Mining power is calculated in seconds. The power of the miner is the result of processing the computer leased by the customer according to the Algorithm which is also preferred by the Customer. This output may vary according to the mining system developed by the authority of the Algorithm. Example: 100 MegaHash.

1.3. Mining Result ("Coins")

The mining outcome refers to the amount of Coin produced or the outcome of the service according to the customer's preferred transaction type. While Digital Mining has an output such as Ethereum, Litecoin, this output can be video data in Render operations.

1.4. Service Quality Standards

The S4 aims to serve as the best service for Customer-Acquired Mining Services. The Miner Power is guaranteed with at least 95% continuity and this rate will be shared with the customer on the order details regularly.

1.5. Miner Output, Algorithm Payments

The customer will receive the mining outputs according to the scope of the service he/she chooses as follows.

On Shared services:

S4 checks the output of the total mining system between 10: 00-15: 00 every day at shared services, this output is proportional to the total customers, the management service fee in service details drops from the output and reflects the remaining amount to the customer's wallet.

On unshared services:

S4, in the case of non-shared systems, if the service details include the selection of the Miner's wallet,, all output is automatically paid by the Miner Pool preferred by the Client's wallet,, at which point S4 will not take any action nor will it be solely responsible for the operation of the Miner Systems. If it is a service that does not include Miner's purse management, then S4 checks the output of the total mining system between 10: 00-15: 00 every day, this output is proportional to the total customers, the management fee in service detail drops from the output and reflects the remaining amount to the customer's wallet.

2. Management Fee

S4 will reflect the fees specified in the service details and sales conditions for the management of computers and software in the Mining services provided. This fee may be included in some packages including the main fee. In some packages, it will be deducted from the daily produced Mining Output.

In the case of services whose management fee is deducted from daily production, if the daily production amount does not meet the daily management fee, the Customer may determine from the settings on the control panel that the service is stopped or deducted from the present value of the coin or that he will pay the management fee extra. If the customer wishes to stop the service, the service will not continue, at this point, the service will not be extended but in the period when production is profitable, the service will be automatically activated again and additions will continue to be added to the customer's wallet. Reflected fees are determined according to energy and similar business conditions and there is a right to change by S4, provided that the customer is informed at least 30 days in advance in cases where there is a need to change during the service period.

3. Limitations and Responsibilities

S4 aims to provide the best possible service under all responsibility and service and will work for this purpose.

The Miner Power is not responsible for the disruption of the service provided by the Algorithm authority and/or the services provided by the 3rd parties, which are preferred by the Customer in the service quality.

S4 will make arrangements and adjustments for all mining systems considering the lifespan of the devices in the best and most trouble-free way and will try to provide the best efficiency for the services purchased by the Customer in the direction of these regulations.

S4 must comply with the rules and disciplines set by the Algorithm Maker Authority and Mining Pool Companies in Mining Systems and will not be responsible for any interruption or loss of production caused by the change of these conditions.

S4 does not guarantee the guarantee of the Mining Out and the low performances due to the difficulty grade within the scope of the mining service provided. Difficulty grade and Coin values may vary according to the management of the entire ecosystem and the Algorithm authority as a result of the Customer's Mining work.

The S4 sales system is designed to include information on Mining systems and Mining Power information. On the screens, the coin value of Mining difficulty and Mining output will be indicated instantly and it is aimed that the customer will have an idea and this subject will be evaluated by the Client as a suggestion and information quality.

S4 will accept new orders according to stock, resource and capacity situation. In case of stock shortage, it will not accept the new order.

In some cases, S4 will serve as "Pre-order" according to the situation of stock supply. In those cases, the pre-order period will be shared on the sales screens during which period the service will be offered. However, this will not be guaranteed by S4, and the manufacturer will not be guaranteed by S4 for any logistical reasons.

Pre-order sales do not have a chance to be returned. If the Service exceeds the scheduled delivery date for a period of 60 business days, S4 may decide to refund the payment by evaluating the Customer's request for extradition.

Delivery of pre-orders will be made according to the order of payment to be made by the Customer. In case of a demand of 100 capacities, as a pre-order, 50 customer service will be charged for the first payment when the capacity of 50 units is opened, the other 50 units pre- order will be provided when new capacity is ready.

4. Contract Time

The term of the contract is determined according to the terms of service purchased by the Customer. If the Customer has purchased a 2-year contract, there is no chance of return during the service period. At the end of the service period, S4 will stop the service and will not continue.

The renewal of the contract will be determined by the S4's price and sales policy. S4 will reserve the right to continue or cancel the contract at the old prices or to continue the change by changing the price according to the new cost situation occurring during this period.

The extension of the contract period will be carried out with the approval of the S4 company. S4 will evaluate the situation after having received the sales request together with the customer payment in the contract extension process, and if approved the contract period will be extended. If not approved, the fee will be returned to the customer and the contract will not be extended.

The Customer has the right to discontinue the service if the production fails to meet the Management fee. This can be determined by options through the customer control panel. If the customer is requesting a service interruption when it is not profitable, the service will not work when the system becomes unavailable, but it will continue to fall during the service period. On the day the system becomes profitable, the profitable part will continue to reflect automatically to the customer's view.
